The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), gives residents of the state of California the right to prevent businesses from selling their personal information.
Residents of California may exercise their right to opt-out by sending an email to support@tradersagency.com withdrawing their agreement to have their personal information resold to third parties. They may delegate authority to another individual exclusively for the purpose of exercising their opt-out right. The email’s text should contain the email address of the individual exercising his or her right to opt-out. Any personal information sent in the email in conjunction with the opt-out request will be used exclusively to fulfill the request.
